Installed modification - genuine Briggs & Stratton fuel cut off valve. Carburetor will never gum up. 95-98% of all lawnmowers and other small engines come for repair due to carburetor gumming.
Blade sharp like a knife
New engine oil
New air filter
Whole machine chemically cleaned and pressure washed, including the deck underside

Folding handle. Handle folds near the body. Press-locks hold the handle. Release the locks, handle can be folded all the way. Reduces storage space in garage.

Mulching deck. Mulching blade. A mulching blade lifts grass and keeps it within the deck for cutting the just-cut grass again and again 6000 times per minute to create a fine mulch. This fine mulch provides shade to the ground between the grass plants, reduces soil moisture loss (greater grass growth), and becomes fertilizer quicker.

Deck height on all four wheels fully adjustable. Always keep deck height highest for longest grass, max length of green part of grass to absorb sun energy, make roots really thick so that weed plants are smothered. Max deck height also keeps blade and engine safe.
