A NON-REFUNDABLE charge of $5 must be paid up-front to secure rentals on dates that fall on a long weekend or holiday. This will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled but will be put towards the rental charge.

Fully refundable security deposit required to rent items. This would be used to pay for any damages that occur during rental, but is returned in full upon receipt of the item in good working condition.

E-transfer only so that we both have official email receipts of the transactions, due on the day of rental.
