You must collaborate and work well with other two tenants when keeping the house clean. Parking would be on the street beside the house is perfectly fine. All buses and LRT are walking distance very close to University of Calgary (12min) by LRT. All stores , YMCA, Safeway, Co-op , Gas stations etc.. are walking distance if you don't drive. Once a month we have cleaning lady who comes and does a detail clean of all bathrooms and the house .
