I am the second owner. Mattress and frame are in good shape. I know the original owner and neither one of us used it much. I am willing to deliver in red deer but add 20.00. It is sturdy and does fold down into a bed.
All nuts and bolts are accounted for it has been disassembled since the pics were taken. Disassembled it should fit into a small suv.
