Designed for year round occupancy with forced air furnace, AC and Gas Fireplace. You also have STARLINK high speed internet for gaming, streaming or working remotely during your stay.

With stunning lake views, the great room has a huge sectional sofa facing a gas fireplace and 72” Smart TV. A dry bar with wine fridge is perfect for entertaining and storing all those good-time essentials. The Kitchen is complete with double door fridge, huge island, reverse osmosis drinking water and ample storage. Off the great room is a four season sun room for watching TV or playing cards with a view of the natural wet lands unique to the area and of course, a lake view!

The Primary Suite features a King size adjustable bed, walk in closet, 60” Smart TV and a private bathroom that can't be beat: Stand alone soaker tub, walk in shower and dual sink vanity offer luxury and comfort. The second bedroom has a king size adjustable bed that can be split into 2 twin beds as needed. The final bedroom has an adjustable queen bed.

The Laundry room features a high end washer and dryer with laundry tub sink and more storage.
