Monitor and respond to emails sent to the ‘Brampton Returns' & ‘Receiving Desk' mailbox
Work with various vendors and logistics companies to arrange pick-ups for various returns (ex: Bosch)
Work in tandem with our Reverse department in getting all the return units to their proper destinations
Provide weekly fresh cage list to Best Buy. Involving a full inventory each week of BBY units
Receive items from the DP's when they are brought back to the hub. Categorize them by reason of return and vendor and then move items to the appropriate location of the warehouse
Stamp all returning items paperwork and attach a copy to the unit. This provides the change of custody from the DPs to the hub
Process return of products
Avoid damage in transit and have all cords safely taped to the units
Work with LC's to process, take photos and log all BM returns. Then load and secure them in the trailer
Investigate Product Claims and complete the weekly claim list
Follow up on all “Hold for Freight” cases
Add all Hub owned claim items to the asset tracker.
Tag and store products in the correct location of the warehouse
Using Airtable to track, review and update daily delivery returns and inbound product from feeder hubs
Ensuring the staging lines are audited & tagged
Printing off return slips to be attached to each specific return item.
Ensure return paperwork is properly filled out/attached to product.
Monitor the returns area, organizes items and areas for drivers when offloading.
Ensure successful unloading of inbound trailers (Approximately 3-6 trailers daily)

Pay rate: 19/hr if no clamp license and 21/hr with forklift license
