The vacuum is a Hoover and I have not used it very much.
I was vacuuming and it sucked up a plastic bag and stopped working.

Phoned Hoover was on hold for an hour and I gave up.

I think I paid $150 dollars for the vaccum about five years ago.
It worked well until it stopped working.
Just ordered another vacuum on Amazon.

If you can get it to work it is a nice vacuum so don't just want to throw it away.
