Location - 34 Ave, NE, Calgary Bus stops - No 3, 4, 5. Around a 5-10min walking distance. Downtown- 10-15 mins away by Bus

Grocery- Safeway around 5-10mins away by bus

Here are all the details you need to know:

Attached Bathroom: The room comes with a private attached bathroom, providing you with privacy and convenience.

Shared Spaces: You will have access to a shared hall and kitchen, allowing you to socialize and connect with your flatmates.

Spacious Backyard: Enjoy the luxury of a spacious backyard, perfect for relaxation, gardening, or outdoor gatherings.

Appliances Available: The house is furnished with various appliances, including a washing machine, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and an electric oven with a stovetop. You'll have all the essential amenities for a comfortable living experience.

Internet: Internet access is available for an additional cost of approximately $20 per month.
