- **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in the industry
- **Skills:** Flooring, painting, trim, drywall, mudding, demolition, heavy lifting, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, and more.
- **Tools & Vehicle:** Must have your own tools and a reliable vehicle with a valid license.
- **Insurance:** Must have WSB insurance.
