Salary: 40.00 CAD per Hour
Work Hours: 30 hours per week, based on shifts, may include weekends and holidays
The Project Supervisor will have to perform the following duties:
 Oversee and manage the daily activities of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
 Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and building codes
 Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent service and maintaining positive client relationships
 Develop and manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and timely project completion.
 Train new technicians and provide ongoing professional development opportunities for the team.
 Order and maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for projects.
 Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, technician performance, and job site conditions
Requirement:
 Completion of secondary school is required, a diploma/degree in related field is preferable but not required
 At least two years of experience in project management
 Strong leadership and supervisory skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
 Commitment to delivering top-quality results and a terrific customer experience
