Job Overview: Join The Beauty Social as a full-time Beauty Receptionist and Coordinator and be a key player in providing exceptional service and support to our beauty and wellness professionals. As a vital part of our team, you will ensure that our clients and service providers have a seamless and delightful experience at our upscale salon and wellness space. Responsibilities:

Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, making them feel valued from the moment they step in.
Provide grand tours of our beautifully designed salon and wellness facility, highlighting the unique features and amenities.
Manage the drink bar, offering a delightful selection of beverages and healthy snacks to clients and service providers.
Handle payment processing and booking appointments with efficiency and accuracy.
Actively manage and maintain our social media presence, including daily stories, posts, and reels for The Beauty Society.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Collaborate with service providers to create engaging social media content and help them promote their businesses effectively.
Assist service providers with daily social media activities, providing guidance and support in creating compelling content.
Embrace our cashless system, handling all transactions using debit payments.
Ensure a clean and tidy environment for the entire salon and wellness space.
Maintain basic bookkeeping tasks, helping to keep our financial records in order.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a salon, spa, or wellness environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Very outgoing and extroverted
Proficient in using social media platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Familiarity with beauty and wellness services is a plus.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to support beauty and wellness professionals in their business endeavors.
Salary and Benefits:

Starting hourly rate of $18/hour plus incentives
