Includes 3 piece insulated floor, fly and screened in vestibule. Measures 1.8Mx 3.6Mx 2.1M high. End wall lifts to extend tent by an additional 1.8M. I have the Vestibule screen/wall to cover in the extension(also included). 2 years old. Sets up in only a couple of minutes. Paid just over $3000, asking $1500obo. These tents are incredible.
