Dear friends and neighbours,

I'm thrilled to invite you to join me for The Power of Presence, an introductory course in mindfulness meditation.
Whether you're curious about meditation or looking to deepen
your practice, this free series offers a wonderful opportunity to explore mindfulness in a supportive and welcoming environment.

When: Mondays at 1-2:30pm PST
Dates: July 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd
Where: Online via Zoom - join us from the comfort of your own home!

In our fast-paced world, taking time to pause and connect with our inner selves can bring profound benefits. Mindfulness meditation has been shown to reduce stress, enhance wellbeing, and build resilience. During these sessions, we will practice together in bite size increments and learn techniques that can be easily integrated into daily life.
This series is led by me, Holly Rose, as part of my certification with The Greater Good Science Institute of UC Berkeley and The Awareness Training Institute. As a student of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, l'm passionate about sharing the gift of mindfulness and creating a space where everyone feels welcome and supported.
