We are seeking 1-2 enthusiastic, happym self motivated studs who like talking to new people, helping customers, and being part of a small team outside. Your role will be to go with 2-3 people into neighborboods in the Pincher Creek area (Pincher Creek, Crowsnest pass, Fernie/ Sparwood, Fort Mcleod) and knock on peoples doors in order to get them signed up for free estimates for roofing and solar panels.

You will be expected on your own time to be praciticing your sales pitch and just generally doing self improvement so when your at work you can maximize your results.

Our company is called Roof Beaver. It is new to the area and we specialize in roofing and are also partnered with a company who has been doing solar panels in the area since 2006. We have been in the home service industry for over a decade, and we have built up succesful businesses through door knocking, and advertising where we help home owners with great services. We provide a postive place to work where you have a path to success laid out for you to get ahead in your career.

Schedule:

We will drive from Pincher Creek daily leaving at aproximately 430pm. We knock doors from 5pm-8:30pm and then drive back to Pincher Creek for aprox 9pm. You can drive in your own car to meet at the location, or if your in Pincher Creek drive with us. Work days are Monday-Thursday, and some Satruday afternoons as needed. You need to be avaialable three of these shifts a week.

Pay:

-Per shift: $15 per hour ( 1 hour for drive time if out of town)

-Per estimate: Per scheudle estimate you book with a homeowner for a re-roof or solar panel quote: $75

$125 if we book the job

Per roof repair lead: $30

$40 per sales book you read/listen to

(average sales person should in a 3 hour shift drive time make aprox: $150-$225 a night if doing a good job)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: You should be making $40-$100.00 per hour after your first three weeks or its not the right fit.

Expected hours: 15-20 hours per week
