*SML110036/DLO111469 - 79.40± Acre Phase 1 and Phase 2 gravel pit, with the lease good until June 2034. the reclamation fees of $79,400.00 ($1/acre) are paid and refundable to the new owner. This gravel pit has brought in strong numbers at 529433.70 tonne from 2012-2023. *SML140062/DLO111469 - 78.51± Acre Phase 1 and Phase 2 gravel pit, with the lease good until May 2029. the reclamation fees of $25,740.00 are paid and refundable to the new owner. This gravel pit has brought in strong numbers at 151887.90 tonne from 2019-2023. *SML030071/LOC062142 - 43.86± Acre Phase 1 ONLY gravel pit, with the lease good until Oct 2029. the reclamation fees of $27,180.00 are paid and refundable to the new owner. This gravel pit has brought in strong numbers at 144793.90 tonne from 2021-2023.

NOTE: The new buyer will need to pay any fees associated with the application to transfer. A sample application form is attached.
**Revenue brought in by these gravel pits from the past 3 years was $1,320,000.47 (Apr 2023-Mar 2024), $2,358,957.50 (Apr 2022-Mar 2023) and $5,368,145.25 (Apr 2021-Mar 2022).
**The Seller agrees to sign all three Assignment of Dispositions required to transfer the gravel leases as well as a letter stating the cash securities will be transferred to the new owners, which will need to accompany the Assignment of Dispositions.
**The Seller will allow interim usage after the sale and while the transfer is taking place.
