Looking for a Marketing coordinator to join our team.
Permanent, Full-time (35 hr/week), (Cad $ 18 /hr) Overtime Pay

Job Duties for Marketing Coordinator:

1. Assess the unique characteristics of wellness services offered by the clinic to determine marketing and advertising needs.
2. Advise clinic management on effective marketing, advertising, and sales promotion opportunities tailored to the wellness industry.
3. Develop comprehensive strategies and create content for both direct and digital marketing campaigns to promote wellness services.
4. Implement marketing and advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with clinic's brand and objectives.
5. Manage post-campaign analysis to measure and report on key marketing metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition costs, and engagement rates.
6. Develop and maintain social media accounts for the clinic, including managing customer reviews, testimonials, and engagement strategies.
7. Devise and execute public relations strategies aimed at informing clients, employees, and the public about wellness initiatives and services.
8. Conduct surveys to gauge public opinion and identify the interests and concerns of key wellness-focused groups.
9. Prepare reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, and press releases to effectively communicate the clinic's services and initiatives.
10. Organize workshops, meetings, and events to promote wellness programs and services within the community.
11. Coordinate special publicity events and promotional activities for both internal staff and external audiences to enhance clinic visibility.
12. Assist in the creation of brochures, newsletters, reports, and other marketing materials to support clinic outreach and communications efforts.

Experience and skills requirements:
1. English communication, Chinese as asset
2. Familiar with social medica promotion
3. Related work experience as asset
4. Post secondary education
