Part time Handy Man/Yard Maintenance/Acreage Upkeep Looking for someone who can do a variety of duties in and around a large acreage, home, shops, and barn. Includes everything from cleaning shops, to duties involving care and maintenance of horses, chickens, dogs etc., fence repair, inside the home maintenance (ie. Furnace filters, minor repairs, etc.), outdoor maintenance etc.

The person will need to be comfortable running small equipment like a skid steer/mini hoe. Mechanical experience working on motorcycles and other small equipment will also be preferred. The ideal person would be someone retired or semi-retired living close to Cochrane – we are between Cochrane and NW Calgary.

Salary in the range of $25 - $28/hour depending on experience.
