If you require documents that need to be notarized or commissioned, kindly contact me by sending a text message at 647-836-7788 stating your name and the type of document you require notarized or commissioned. My charges are $10.00 per document and $5.00 for each additional page of the document. Please note that you will need to bring 2 IDs ( a health card is not an acceptable form of ID). Do not sign the documents before your appointment. Thank you.
