Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a young female professional/college student to rent the last private room ( private full bathroom!) for a 12 month term starting August 1st to July 31st.

Our basement apartment has three bedroom with a full bathroom attached to each bedroom (see pictures).

It is fully renovated with new fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer! Common Area will be furnished - you only need to furnish your bedroom. Parking can be available.

The gas (heat) is covered by the owner of the property, however hydro, water, and wifi will be split between the three of us. The 900$ includes the estimated price of the utilities.

We are both young Algonquin College students who want someone quiet, tidy, and respectful. About 25 minutes bus ride or 10 minutes car ride from Algonquin College.

First and last months rent required.
