We are looking a dispatcher with a base salary and a commission on each load. Details will be discussed upon contact.

Responsibilities:

Utilize various transportation software systems for planning and scheduling.
Track shipments from pick-up to delivery, providing accurate updates and maintaining transportation system records.
Coordinate delivery schedules with customers.
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic documentation for order fulfillment, pricing, and contractual obligations.
Prepare paperwork for billing and authorize invoice processes.
Actively engage in problem-solving for issues that arise.
Clear shipments through ACE/ACI.


REQUIREMENTS

2 years of previous experience in the Transportation/Logistics field.
Strong computer proficiency, with effective use of Loadlink and other softwares.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
