Toronto's best paella made in the authentic tradition of España! Whether it be for a special celebration, or you really don't feel like meal prepping for the week, our paellas will bring the true flavour of Valencian cuisine to your table!

Each paella serves a generous portion for six people, leaving room for seconds if desired.

PAELLA DE MARISCOS:

The crown jewell of our family passed down through generations, the base of our paella is only the freshest assorted seafood sauteed in Spanish saffron, garlic, olive oil, and Pimenton (roasted sweet red peppers). Our rice is cooked to perfection in our homemade fume (seafood stock) bringing the taste of the ocean in every bite.

PAELLA MAR Y TIERRA:

The best of both worlds, our Paella Mar y Tierra inlcudes slow braised pork ribs and chicken thighs in elegant bite sized pieces, accompanied by an assortment of only the freshest seafood sauteed to perfection in Spanish saffron and pimenton (roasted sweet red pepper). Our rice is cooked to perfection in a specialty fume incorporating the flavour of land and sea.

PAELLA VALENCIANA:

The traditional taste from the Valencia region of Spain, this succulent dish is guaranteed to wow your guests and family. Cooked in our homemade saffron infused stock, all our paellas are made with slow braised rabbit, chicken, and escargot. The rice is served with garrofo and judias (the traditional cut of lima beans and Spanish green beans) for a true taste of the fields! And of course, our pimenton (braised sweet red peppers) for that unique vibrant flavour! Our paella brings the best of Spanish cuisine, from our family to yours.

- Rabbit (or pork ribs if desired)
- Chicken
- Large escargots in their shell


PAELLA NEGRA:

This unique paella is made with fresh squid ink for unique umami tones and a beautiful presentation. Like all our seafood based paellas, it is prepared with our homemade fume (seafood broth), infusing the rice with the taste of the ocean in each bite.
