This property is located midway between downtown and WEM (approximately 9-11 mins to either location by driving). Approximately 10-11 mins drive to Grant MacEwan or University of Alberta. Easy access to public transit (bus stop is half a block away). About an 8 minute walk to the nearest shopping center, Jasper Gates Plaza. About a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the Mackinnon Ravine , aka the river valley, for jogging, biking, nature walks.

Common areas will be the kitchen, living room, dining room and main bathroom. The appliances will be shared, unless you bring your own mini fridge for your room.

Rent is $700 for the room, deposit $350, utilities and wifi included. Only street parking is available.

Will need employment verification or school registration.
