This is a special edition jersey year for Roma. After ending their agreement with Kappa as kit supplier in 2012, Roma had not yet found a replacement kit supplier. They would not secure one until the 2014 season, when Nike became their official supplier. BUT for one season prior to this, Roma made their own kits, in-house. This is why there is no soccer/sport brand logo to be found in the shirt.
