Male only furniture in room being taken out today. I have a large bedroom available for rent with a small walk-in closet full House me and a friend have been living here for 2 years looking for a third person to help with bills no deposit necessary there are three bathrooms in the home the person who lives downstairs has his own washroom the only thing shared for a washroom is the shower and bathtub the toilet itself is private the room comes unfurnished all I am asking is for someone who is capable to pay the bills and not a drug addict or an alcoholic no blackouts no benders.
We weren't consistently all day everyday so the house is quiet usually no parties please call or text with any questions
