It's from a smoke free home and has been thoroughly vacuumed and steam cleaned. The seat cushion covers are removable and have just been laundered. The feet are removable for easy moving. Overall the microfiber sofa set is still in good condition.

The dimensions of the sofa are 84“ wide x 36“ deep x 32“ high. The dimensions of the loveseat are 64“ wide x 36“ deep x 32“ high.
