Must have own tools, vehicle, portfolio of work done, past employer references, must be clean cut, reliable, speak english, in good physical condition/ shape, able to complete labour intensive tasks, lift up to 80lbs, able to work with others.
Any work that is requiring a ticket i.e. electrical/plumbing/gas/HVAC Will be completed from our ticketed subcontractors.
Must take pride in one's work and have proper work ethics and integrity.
