This trailer sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed at the front. The main bedroom has solid pocket doors for privacy and noise reduction. With 2 tip-outs, there is lots of room throughout. Enoy watching your flat screen TV (included in sale) which is mounted above the electric fireplace which keeps the trailer nice and cozy in the early spring and fall. The trailer also has AC and a furnace.
The U-shape dinette and couch both fold out for additional sleeping areas. The kitchen includes a deep sink, counter space, oven, stove, microwave, fridge and big pantry.
The washroom is located in the rear of the trailer. There is a sink, toilet, shower and tub. There is also a secondary trailer door in the washroom.

The rear bunk house has a double bed/sofa on the bottom, and a bunk above. Tons of storage including an overhead compartment and a bench. There is also another tv hook-up in the bunk area.
There are a ton of storage drawers and cabinets throughout, tv hook-up outside, electronic awning and a shower outside to rinse off the beach sand. There is also an outdoor bar fridge and cooking burner.
