I don't then start gouging on extras like product purchase, consultations that ensue or issues that may arise. I also completely understand a property owner's need to be prioeity #1 and do not double book projects; if the second offer can't wait, I have zero problem letting it go to someone else.

Have built close to 5000 linear ft. of pressure treated fencing, some from 20 years ago that still stands tall between my home & neighbor to the East today. $30 per linear ft.
