FYI - Make sure you buy the right size A/C.
A small BTU is fine for a small bedroom, but it will run constantly in a large room trying to cool it, which will result in higher utility use and deplete your freon much faster.
For large rooms you need a higher BTU size to operate efficiently.

Used only 2 months last year so plenty of freon (Coolant) in it to last for 10 years at your house!

Reason for selling: I cannot lift it myself. I'd have to pay a handyman $50 each spring & fall to install and uninstall. So I need a portable one instead.
