2010 5th wheel Sundance Trailer. It could be easily pulled with a truck. There's a few small blemishes on the wood finish in the kitchen as well as one mini blind that needs repaired. There is a small soft spot in the floor of the kitchen bump-out, along the seam of where the floor meets the bump-out. It has a queen size bed with a new mattress and a built in dresser giving ample storage in the spacious bedroom situated at the front of the trailer. The toilet facilities are separate from the sink and shower. There is a double pullout couch which can comfortably sleep two. There is a free standing kitchen table and chairs as well as two recliners. There is some extended warranty left that could be transferred to a new owner for a small fee. I've had this trailer since May of 2021 and it's only been parked at seasonal sites since I've owned it. It would come with all outside furniture, and all kitchen necessities (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc.). The trailer would require the present park owner's approval to remain in its current spot in the Kingston Peninsula.
