The parking spot is in an outdoor parking lot. It is located on the corner of St. Jacques and Guy street. My tenants do not have a car, therefore it is available 24/7 and there is outdoor lighting. There is snow removal and salt available during the winter months. It can be rented on a monthly basis or long term, starting July 1, 2024
