Good day, I am seeking a small house rental or other suitable rental, with potential garage, or at least a small house/unit rental for myself, my brother, who is retired and my grown son, who is usually out of town working and is rarely home.
Both my brother and myself are older, quiet, mature tenants, we love to garden, so yard upkeep, as well as snow removal is no issue for us at all.
We have our own lawn-mower, as well as our own snow-blower.
We were left in a lurch by people who were renting to us, and we did not anticipate having to move so soon, as we just moved less that 2 months ago.
The people that we are renting from, failed to let us know that they were thinking of moving soon and so we are left with nowhere to live at the moment.
We are trying to avoid homelessness and I also operate a small 'not-for-profit', where I help elderly, disabled and low-income people with pet food and pet supplies during hard times.
If you or anyone you know, might have a need for decent, quiet, mature tenants, who are self-sufficient, capable, and able to care for the house, as well as the grounds associated with the rental, please let me know as soon as possible, as we are trying to avoid homelessness at this point.
