Purchased in November of 2023, listing price seen in photos. (This is the same couch but this years model, changes being cushion shape, ours are more square)
In great shape being it is so new. Pivot furniture is high quality sturdy built. Easy to take apart to move so you won't need a a big moving truck.
Only imperfections are a few pin hole type marks as seen in one close up pic.

Very nice looking piece but does not fit our family of 7 as we hoped it might.

You can have the ottomans together or separate them for a different look!

For measurements - The back is 27.5 inches tall.
The length of the side with the chases is 114 1/2 inches and the side without them is 87 1/2 and the chaise part is 61! Feel free to text!
