Hiring Freight Broker / Load Booker

Location: Work from Home

Salary: $1,000 per week

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Load Broker / Dispatcher looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual responsible for booking freight from Loadboard and other external sources covering Canada. If you have a strong background in brokerage, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Utilize Loadlink and other load boards to book and manage freight.
Plan and organize weekly schedules for trucks.
Maintain professional and timely email communication with clients, carriers, and vendors.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Demonstrate punctuality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and their progress through the system.
Show a willingness to grow with the company and adapt to evolving needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Load Broker / Dispatcher or in transportation logistics.
Proficiency with Loadlink and email communication.
Strong knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations and freight management.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
Commitment to grow and advance with the company.
