My cattle are 100% grass feed and finished. Using management intensive grazing my cattle marble on grass, not just simply survive.
My herd is made up of shorthorns which are known for good milk production and nice udders, this allows for healthy babies. Calves are born only in the spring when the grass is flush and the mamas milk is a flowing.
My cattle are given free choice minerals: seaweed, dolomite, sulfur, copper sulfate, salt and a full spectrum mix. These animals haven't lost any of their ancestral instincts for knowing when they are lacking a certain mineral, they consume till satiated.
I love my cows dearly. Every effort is made to keep them thriving as nature intended. Come see the love. My cattle are happy and fat on grass.
