•Each months rent must be payed before the month starts (ex. For January's rent you must pay on the 31st of December, and so forth for the rest of the time you rent here)




Reasons your damage deposit won't be returned to you:
1. Failed to give ones months notice before moving out

2. Failed to return the room they way it was given to you
