This is a great camper in excellent condition. Everything works in it as it should. Includes fridge, hot water tank, furnace, microwave and fully functioning bathroom and kitchen. It has a queen bed at the front of the trailer, that does fold into a full couch, however we always keep it as a bed, the table folds down to a double, and there are two single bunks in the rear corner.
Floor is solid - We replaced the floor in 2021 with a 5/8 tongue and groove plywood floor (have pictures of full repair)
Trailer was inspected last Fall at Provincial Spring and had around $800 of work done to it with a couple new tires, and some brake and spring work.
Comes with Reese weight distribution hitch.
