Trying to find a new home for our fur baby. I've had him indoors but he so badly wants to be outside as well. The neighborhood I live in I'm unable to let him outside due to housing rules. Needs to be on a leash. He needs to be able to go outside and inside with no restrictions. I'm praying I can find him a new home. He has his shots and he's nudered. His birthday is March 29th 2023.
