We have a room coming available for Aug 01, in our home within walking distance to Southland Mall. The room has a full size bed, dresser, computer table & chair, along with a TV, and a small fridge. Rent will include a lunch which can be bagged for work if needed and a sit down supper daily along with laundry and floor cleaning weekly also bed linen changing. It also includes the utilities and wifi and a streaming device for the tv. There is no smoking or substance useage allowed on the property. Preference given to male working/ student or seniors long term.
