Previous owner:

Serpentine belt
Oil filter housing gasket
Oil cooler gaskets
Valve cover replacement
Battery replacement
Some injectors replaced with Index 12's

During my ownership:
Spark plugs (correctly gapped)
Walnut blasting (been a few years since the last one)
Valve cover gasket
Oil pan gasket
(everything else mentioned above)
Boost solenoids
Vacuum lines

Known issues for full disclosure, but being sold as is:
1) Fuel pressure regulator needs replaced (under rear driver side seat), started to notice a slight fuel smell outside the car. Checked to verify it wasn't the low pressure fuel pump or a line leaking in the engine bay.
2) Tiny chip on the inside of the drivers side window tint. About the size of a grain of sand and you probably couldn't tell until I point it out and you can't see it from the outside.
3) Oil filter housing gasket has started to leak (this is recent), so the gasket and belt should get replaced as it squeeks a little on startup.
4) Cyl 3 has an occasional misfire at low rpm, some minor idle stutter. Rest are fine and haven't had issues with but it would be advisable to replace the injectors.

I'm putting my BMW 135i up for sale. Had a lot of plans for this car and had been slowly chipping away at it over the last few years. I've tried to keep it in great shape over the length of my ownership. It's in pretty good shape overall but has a few things that would need to be addressed as far as maintenance goes but it's being sold as-is. Can sell it at asking and include all the extra parts above or lower the price and take some items out as well.
