This is an amazing opportunity to experience tiny house living and decide if it's for you. At the very least, it will give you the chance to save some money and get ahead. However, it is not for everyone. Therefore, I ask that you familiarize yourself with what tiny houses are before committing. You are welcome to contact me with any questions and I'm more than happy to do video tours and in person viewings.

The last two tenants were neither aware or flexible. The most recent young man thought it was a mobile home and was disappointed in the room size... The woman before that, well…let's just say ‘princesses' need not apply. Tiny House is fully functional and has just about everything a standard house would. However, it is still a semi-off grid situation.

There are some ‘finishing touches' that need completion which is why it's listed well below market value. I'm currently renovating the bathroom which will be done for July 1st. I would consider trading some work for rent if that's something that interests you, let me know.

We've got 26 acres so there's a lot of space to work with. I'm happy to support anyone's endeavours by giving them use of land—I've been blessed by this property and I'm all about “paying it forward.” Someone with a green thumb would be ideal, (or someone willing to learn such as myself), so we can get a garden and green house going.
