The common areas of the home are open to all tenants. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and cutlery. You will enjoy a spacious personal pantry shelf. There are two refrigerators and two freezers. The house has two dining areas and several common living areas for relaxing or studying, including an outdoor deck for warm-weather enjoyment.
Parking is available in front of the house. Bus service to campus is via route #17 on Clarence Avenue, an 8-minute walk, or via route #6 on Wilson Crescent, 2 minutes away. Campus is a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute bike ride.
Rent includes light, water, heat, laundry, and Sasktel InfiNET 175 WiFi. The security deposit of $500.00 is payable within the first two months.
