There are two bedrooms available for rent in a house with a large fenced backyard and deck. There is a garage and ample street parking.

Shared laundry, kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Utilities and Internet included in monthly rent.

The largest bedroom is $600/month, smaller one is $550.

No smoking, vaping, drugs, loud music or guests.

Everyone who lives here are introverts and stay to ourselves, and respect one another's space and privacy.

Available first week of July.
