**Key Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce our cleaning services.
- Schedule estimates and appointments for potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A reliable computer, internet connection, and a quiet work environment.

**Compensation:**
