Forest River Rockland Roo 183 Hybrid trailer. Three fold out queen beds, Sleeps 8. We are a family of six and loved this unit!

Length 24' 9”, Base Weight 3462 lbs, 2 axles, hitch weight 217 lbs. Can be towed easily by an SUV (even minivan!).

Air conditioner, furnace, dinette with bench seats (converts to a bed), vinyl flooring (excellent condition), bathroom with shower, full kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave, CD player, heated mattress covers and fans that can be hung in each sleeping area. Integrated stowable BBQ with exterior connection to propane. Used on average twice per season. Very clean. Non-smokers. Kept always indoors for winter storage. Awning needs a replacement bracket (but still works), Includes heavy duty trailer hitch, sway bar, weight distribution bars and multiple accessories (such as three 25 foot 30 amp power cords, water hose, bumper receiver adapter for a bicycle rack.
Has a brand new battery and a brand new replacement water pump (in the box, the existing one works fine). Loved this compact hybrid trailer as I could get into “Small RV” premium spots at provincial parks, yet once deployed it has plenty of space.
