Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet with potential and existing clients to assess their needs and challenges
• Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted to determine the marketing and advertising needs of a client in order to grow and scale their business
• Advise clients on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies,
• Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns
• Develop and implement customized action plans and strategies for each client
• Develop and organize workshops and training sessions
• Conduct surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by a client's business
• Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
• Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials
• Develop, implement and evaluate public relations strategies and programs
• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
• Manage post-campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics
• Monitor and measure client progress and results using key performance indicators
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability to help clients achieve their goals and overcome obstacles

Expectations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other business coaches in the community
• Promote and market our services and programs to attract new clients
• Continuously learn and develop yourself as a business coach and leader

Job Details:
• This is a permanent, full-time position for (at least) 30 hours per week (2 vacancies)
• Wage: $29 per hour
• Benefits: 50/50 extended medical benefits after 3 months

Skills/Education Requirements:
• A university degree in business marketing, public relations, communications, or other directly related field
• Several years of related experience is preferred
• Strong skills and knowledge in sales, marketing, and finance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethics
• A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and innovate
• A passion for helping others and making a difference
• Good English language skills, a resumé and references
