Quadera is a residential property management company operating in the Thunder Bay area. We are seeking a full-time Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our properties.

Duties:

• Clean apartment units. This would include vacuuming floors, washing walls, ceilings, cupboards, windows, appliances, bathtubs, toilets, and sinks.
• Clean building hallways and common areas.
• Clean and organize garbage sheds.
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.

Skills:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is required.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize work effectively.

Requirements:

• Must have a driver's license and own a vehicle.
• Must be in good physical condition, with the ability to lift cleaning equipment.
• Must speak English.
