Field Sales Agent

We are currently recruiting for the role of Field Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This position involves managing a kiosk within premier retail environments such as malls, stores, or events, with a primary focus on finalizing orders for our esteemed home services. The successful candidate will be adept at cultivating customer interest in a precise and professional manner, with a key objective of optimizing customer retention while mitigating cancellation risks. This role offers lucrative commissions exceeding those of the Lead Generation position.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of one year of sales experience across various domains including field, retail, door-to-door, and telephone sales.
-Proficiency in both spoken and written English, coupled with the ability to accurately input data into computer systems.
-Demonstrated initiative and capacity to memorize intricate details about our product and service offerings, presenting them accurately and persuasively to potential customers.
-Outstanding customer service aptitude with an unwavering commitment to professionalism and courteousness.
-Exceptional conflict resolution skills, adept at handling objections with tact and providing effective solutions.
-Punctuality and adherence to schedules are imperative, with zero tolerance for tardiness or absenteeism. -Ability to commute within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), with travel times of up to 30-40 minutes via subway or bus.
Working Hours: We offer flexible morning and evening shifts, with specific timeframes varying by location. Shift durations typically range from 4-5 hours, and we strive to accommodate individual preferences regarding the number of days worked.
Sales Quota:
-The expectation is to achieve a minimum of one sale every two hours.
Remuneration:
-Agents operate on a commission-only structure.
-Commissions are disbursed every two weeks for installed sales.
-A two-week notice period is mandatory for resignations, with the return of all company materials (e.g., iPad) required before final payment.
