For Sale - 1981 GMC Caballero.
The car was originally purchased new in BC, where they do not use salt on the roads in winter, hence the body is in good shape. It has been in the Maritimes for a few years now and has been stored in the winter.
This car is the same as the Chevrolet El Camino that was used in the Breaking Bad series but is the GMC version.
The 350ci motor has been upgraded with some high performance parts, the motor is a heavy-duty 350ci with 4-bolt main. It has a very nice posi-track rear end with 3:11 gears, so it works well on the highway, the springs have all been replaced and the frame is very good, it has very good bones and is in very good shape.
This car attracts a lot of attention and I'm constantly getting asked about the car and getting thumbs up from people and then asked permission to take a pictures. It's not a show car where it has a few cosmetic imperfections but it could be with a little cosmetic help.

I spent thousands more on it than I am asking and it's insured for $16000.
I'm asking, $13700 for the car but I'm into it for much more.
The picture of the motor I provided below does not have the new black ceramic Hooker headers/exhaust manifolds installed on the car yet, but they are now.

-Edelbrock aluminum dome/intake manifold
-Edelbrock 650cmf double pumper carb
-new ceramic black Hooker headers/ manifolds
-Real aluminum, period correct, 1970s centre-line rims
-posi-track rear end
-Lt hood with functional vents
