➡️Bought brand new in 2016; travelled for 2 years, parked at Upper Canada Campground for 4 years and then travelled back to our home.
We are the only owners.

➡️Electric awning with LED lighting (controlled by a remote) and 1 electric slide out, outdoor kitchen features a mini fridge, storage cabinets and a grill on the back of the trailer (never used)

- Bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 closets, large amount of storage space under the bed, pass through storage next to one night table is perfect to tuck away those miscellaneous items.
- 2 wooden slide-out doors for privacy. When not in use, slide back in and tie them back.

➡️Lounge couch is fabulous, perfect reading spot surrounded by so many windows.
It can sleep 2 when pulled out. Storage space underneath is the length of the couch and ideal for so many items.

➡️Dining area is complete with a bench. Seats 4 adults comfortably but can definitely seat more if smaller people or children. You can lower the table and turn it into a bed as well for more sleeping space. Can sleep
2 adults comfortably. There is also more storage under two of the table benches.

Vertical mini blinds in the kitchen window by the sink, the 2 bedroom windows as well as the bathroom window.
All other windows have pull-down Roman blinds.

➡️ Spacious kitchen features a large pantry, fridge, stove top, oven (never used), microwave oven, double sink, lots of cupboards and drawers. Extra storage under countertop in the kitchen.
Backsplash is black and white, and appliances are all stainless steel.

2 large storage cupboards are also in the bathroom.
